Application Requirements
1. You are a current or past client of Women’s Centers of Ohio and/or Holy Family Prenatal Care Center.
2. You are a currently enrolled in an undergraduate college program or have applied to a college.
3. You have submitted copies of your high school and college transcripts (if applicable).
4. You must have at least one child or are currently pregnant.
